Jo is a PA/Senior Administrator based in our Beckenham office, having joined us in June 2021. With over 28 years of experience in the Chartered Surveying and Construction industry, Jo provides vital support to Managing Director Robert Humphrey and Directors Tom Rose and Emma Woodford.

Her role spans the full range of administrative and organisational responsibilities that keep the Beckenham Employer’s Agent department running day to day, from diary management and fee invoicing to arranging meetings, organising events, and preparing letters, documents and reports.

Since joining Potter Raper in 2021, Jo has:

• Provided dedicated PA support to three senior members of the Beckenham team, managing diaries, correspondence and day-to-day priorities.
• Ensured the smooth running of the Beckenham Employer’s Agent department, handling everything from invoicing and document preparation to event and meeting coordination.
• Brought over 28 years of industry knowledge, offering a level of expertise and reliability that the whole team depends on.
