We’re delighted to celebrate more fantastic news from Lexden Gardens, where the project team has received a second consecutive Quality Recognition Award from Premier Guarantee, an impressive achievement in under six months.
Each month, only a small number of these certificates are issued nationally to acknowledge consistent excellence in workmanship and site management. To see Lexden Gardens recognised again so quickly is a testament to the team’s commitment, attention to detail, and collaborative approach on what is a complex and ambitious scheme.
This latest award adds to a growing list of achievements for the development. The project has already received significant industry recognition, including:
- Premier Guarantee Gold Monthly Award – September 2025
- Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Award – March 2026
- Shortlisting for the WAN Future Projects Residential Awards – March 2026
Representatives from Premier Guarantee visited the site last week to present the award. From Potter Raper, Paul Denny (Director) and Matt Denny (Trainee Quantity Surveyor) attended and joined the celebrations with the wider project team.
