Today we’re celebrating the brilliant people who make our business what it is. Our staff are the heart of our organisation and the driving force behind our success. As an Employee Ownership Trust, we’re proud that our structure enables everyone to contribute ideas, influence decisions and play an active role in shaping our future.

In the lead‑up to Employee Appreciation Day, we invited colleagues across the company to share an anonymous message recognising their fellow colleagues, whether for their support, teamwork, kindness or simply for being great to work with. The response was fantastic, and the messages were thoughtful, genuine and a true reflection of the culture our people create together.
