Potter Raper Celebrates National Apprenticeship Week 2026 with the formal launch of our Apprenticeship Programme and an Early Careers Development Day
On Friday 13th February, we marked the end of National Apprenticeship Week 2026 by hosting an Early Careers Development Day at our London office and formally launching our Apprenticeship Programme.
The event brought together our apprentices, graduates and early careers professionals from across our London, Beckenham, Cambridge and Colchester offices for an afternoon dedicated to professional development and collaboration.
The agenda included:
- Careers journey case studies, Ben Brewster (Project Manager) shared his progression from apprentice to senior leadership.
- Insight into career development and the APC pathway, with Alisha Patel (Senior Quantity Surveyor) sharing her journey through the APC.
- Guidance on career progression, featuring Nicola Tilbury’s (Director) experiences and advice.
- Open roundtable discussions and Q&A sessions, exploring life as an apprentice and early careers professional.
- Structures networking, designed to encourage cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
The day provided a valuable opportunity for colleagues at the start of their careers to share experiences, build relationships and gain insight into future progression within the business.
