Aylesborough Close handover

We’re proud to announce the successful handover of Aylesborough Close – a landmark regeneration project delivered for Cambridge Investment Partnership, an equal partnership between Cambridge City Council and Hill Group UK.

The project involved the demolition of 36 outdated homes and the creation of 70 brand new, low-carbon apartments, all built to Passivhaus standards and delivered as 100% affordable council rent. Sustainable features include solar panels, MVHR units, and green roofs to enhance biodiversity and reduce energy use.

This is an especially significant milestone, as it marks the 1,000th home handed over by Cambridge Investment Partnership!

We were proud to support the project as Employer’s Agent, Clerk of Works, and Quantity Surveyor, ensuring robust risk management, cost control, and the successful delivery of this highly sustainable, community-focused development.

A huge well done to everyone involved in bringing this fantastic scheme to life!
