We’re pleased to announce the completion of Broadfields, also known as Stoneyfields – a new development of 28 affordable rented flats, delivered for Barnet Homes as part of Barnet Council’s ambitious target to build 1,000 new council homes by 2026.

This GLA-funded scheme includes two beautifully designed buildings, seamlessly integrated into the existing estate, providing a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes, including wheelchair-accessible flats. Alongside high-quality housing, the development brings extensive public realm improvements – from new pedestrian routes and landscaped spaces, to two dedicated children’s play areas for different age groups.

The project embraces sustainability with net-zero carbon emissions in operation, featuring photovoltaic panels, air source heat pumps and underfloor heating. Residents also benefit from 31 parking spaces (including EV and accessible bays), 49 secure cycle storage spaces, and a unified refuse collection system.
