A huge congratulations to Tom Rose, who is celebrating 15 years at Potter Raper. Tom joined us in 2010 and became Director in May 2019.

His journey here has been impressive. Tom joined us to change career from being a Commercial Property Chartered Surveyor and, as a Project Manager, Tom’s expertise now spans schemes of all sizes and tenures, from infill sites to estate regeneration, all Affordable tenures, high-spec Private Sale, and Older Persons Housing. Tom is also our IT Director and is responsible for our cloud services, CMap, software subscriptions, hardware purchasing, IT training, and our Project Certificate and Workload Resource Management tools. His expertise and dedication have truly made a difference.

Thank you, Tom, for your hard work, leadership, and the impact you’ve made over the years. Here’s to many more!
