We’re thrilled to announce the successful completion and handover of Queen Edith Way, Cambridge to our client, Cambridge Investment Partnership!

This project has transformed a vacant brownfield site into a vibrant residential community, delivering eight high-end, low-carbon, gas-free family homes. These three, four, and five-bedroom properties have been designed with sustainability in mind and are now available for private sale.

As Employer’s Agent, we oversaw the contract and closely monitored the project on behalf of the Cambridge City Council and Hill Partnership Joint Venture. Managing a joint venture presents unique challenges, but through collaboration, clear communication, and regular progress meetings, we ensured a smooth and successful delivery.
