We’re thrilled to announce that 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁 has been named the 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆 at the 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰, as well as the 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿!

This exceptionally high quality project transformed a former estate into 4 stunning apartment buildings, a commercial space and imaginative landscaping, delivering 132 homes – 33 for Social Rent, 19 for Shared Ownership, and 80 Private.

–       Unique landscaping with playful bridges, a human sundial, and mosaic artwork.
–       Retained mature trees, and courtyards that foster a sense of belonging.
–       Features tailored to the Charedi community to allow observance of Shabbat.

Tower Court has redefined this site by transforming a former estate into a vibrant, inclusive space that demonstrates housing at its best.
