With over 30 years in the construction industry, Nicola has brought a wealth of experience to Potter Raper since joining in 2009. Having head up our Brighton office, she has led multi-discipline teams across major residential, regeneration, healthcare and commercial projects, combining her expertise a Project Management and Employer’s Agent, and her LLM in Construction Law to deliver strategic, high-quality advice to clients.

Nicola has been a key leader within the business, championing sustainability, resilience and inclusivity, and is as passionate about people as she is about projects. In 2015, she launched our hugely successful Women Informal Networking (WIN) events, which is celebrating its 10th year this summer. WIN has since expanded regionally, providing invaluable opportunities for women in construction to connect, learn, and thrive. As Learning and Development Director, she also drives staff training, mentoring, and mental health initiatives, inspiring the next generation of surveyors and leaders. Nicola is an APC mentor, a mentor for the Future of London (FoL) Leaders programme, and a frequent contributor to industry panels.

Her dedication, leadership, and commitment to inclusivity have been instrumental in shaping Potter Raper. We are proud to celebrate her 15 years with us and look forward to many more.
