Designed by HAT Projects for Tendring District Council, Sunspot is a bold, community-focused development bringing vital jobs, services, and public space to one of the UK’s most deprived areas.

This latest accolade adds to a growing list of recognitions:

• Best Use of Brownfield Land – Planning Aw ards 2024
• Highly Commended – MacEwen Award 2023
• Top 5 Architecture Projects of 2023 – Rowan Moore, The Guardian
