The refurbishment of Avebury House provides an opportunity to give the building a much needed refresh and increase the number of amenities provided.
The existing office space has been improved by maximising the ceiling height and new showers and cycle storage facilities have been installed. A brand new communal workspace with a tea station and a large roof terrace have been added, making this building offer some unique amenities to the area. The project included a full strip out and refurbishment of the building services as well as a full glazing and roof replacement has taken place.
