We’re proud to see L2 Orchard Park receive Highly Commended at this year’s Greater Cambridge Design and Construction Awards!
As Employers Agent, Clerk of Works, and Quantity Surveyor, we worked alongside Cambridge Investment Partnership (a joint venture between Cambridge City Council and Hill Partnerships) to transform an unused parcel of land into 75 much-needed affordable homes across North Block (28 units), South Block (45 units), and 4 coach houses.
Community collaboration was at the heart of this project, with local input shaping both the design scheme and wider masterplan. This included:
- Biodiversity & recreational improvements
- Community growing garden & seating areas
- Running track & table tennis facilities
- Extensive planting & park enhancements
