We are providing Employer’s Agent and CDM Principal Designer services for Hastoe Housing on the delivery of six new homes at Home Close Farm, Butlers Cross, Buckinghamshire, with main contractor Parrott Construction.

Latest Progress

Building Control and NHBC inspections have both been carried out with no adverse comments to date, and the Secured by Design officer has approved the scheme’s bollard layout. External lighting arrangements are now agreed, and a sample brickwork panel is due to be constructed ahead of the next site meeting.

Our Role

As Employer’s Agent and CDM Principal Designer, our team is overseeing contract administration, health and safety compliance, and quality standards throughout construction, working closely with Hastoe Housing and Parrott Construction to keep the scheme on track for completion.

Looking Ahead

With planning conditions largely discharged and warranty inspections progressing smoothly, the team is now looking forward to completing the superstructure of these new homes.
