Paul Denny – Deputy Managing Director
Paul has led our Colchester office since 2006 and has over 35 years’ experience across Quantity Surveying, Bank Monitoring and Employers Agency services. Paul will work closely alongside Managing Director Robert Humphrey to shape the next Alex Borchapter of Potter Raper’s growth.
Alex Brown – Project Director
Alex, based in our London office, brings over 15 years’ experience across Building Surveying and Contract Administration and has been promoted to Project Director, where he will continue to lead complex contract administration and defect inspection commissions across the residential, heritage, education and commercial sectors.
David Mugliston – Project Director
David, who is split between our Beckenham and Colchester offices, brings over 10 years’ experience across Building Surveying, Project Management and Contract Administration and has been promoted to Project Director, where he will continue to lead project delivery across the education, commercial and residential sectors.
Jo October – Project Director
Jo, based in our Cambridge office, brings over 15 years’ experience across Project Management and Employer’s Agent services and has been promoted to Project Director, where she will take on greater strategic oversight of the Cambridge Project Management team.
Nicky Silvey – Project Director
Nicky, based in our Colchester office, has built her career at Potter Raper over nearly 20 years and has been promoted to Project Director, where she will continue to manage projects across Quantity Surveying, Employer’s Agent and Project Management spanning the residential, commercial, retail and education sectors.
Ryan Appleton – Project Director
Ryan, based in our Colchester office, joined as a junior surveyor and has progressed through all levels over nearly 20 years to reach Project Director, where he will continue to deliver Quantity Surveying, Employer’s Agent and Independent Monitoring Surveyor services across the residential, education, commercial and heritage sectors.
Simon Fowler – Project Director
Simon, based in our Colchester office, has been with Potter Raper since 2000 and has been promoted to Project Director, where he will continue to deliver Quantity Surveying, Fund and Bank Monitoring services across the residential, education and commercial sectors.
Darron Barlow – Associate Director
Darron, based in our Beckenham office, brings over 35 years’ experience across Building Surveying, Retrofit Coordination and Decarbonisation and has been promoted to Associate Director, where he will continue to lead Potter Raper’s PAS 2035 compliant Retrofit and Decarbonisation service.
Kavyne Morris – Associate Director
Kavyne, based in our Beckenham office, brings over 10 years’ experience delivering Employer’s Agent services across residential, retail, education, healthcare, commercial and rail sectors and has been promoted to Associate Director, where she will continue to deliver full day-to-day Employer’s Agent services while supporting and mentoring junior colleagues.
Kayhan Rasit – Associate Director
Kayhan, based in our Beckenham office, brings over 10 years’ experience across residential, educational and commercial sectors and has been promoted to Associate Director, where he will lead on Employer’s Agent commissions from project inception to completion.
Lucie Cserenyecz – Associate Director
Lucie, based in our Beckenham office, brings over 15 years’ experience in Marketing and Bids and has been promoted to Associate Director, where she will continue to lead the Marketing and Bids function and shape Potter Raper’s market presence.
Mitchell Allain – Associate Director
Mitchell, based in our Cambridge office, brings over 10 years’ experience across Project Management and Building Surveying and has been promoted to Associate Director, where he will manage Project Management commissions from inception to completion across the residential, conservation and education sectors.
Philip Glover – Associate Director
Philip, based in our Colchester office, brings over 10 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and Bank and Fund Monitoring across the residential, education, conservation and commercial sectors and has been promoted to Associate Director, where he will oversee cost management from inception through to project completion.
Stephen Medhurst – Associate Director
Stephen, based in our Cambridge office, brings over 10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor across the residential, commercial and education sectors and has been promoted to Associate Director, where he will oversee cost management from inception through to completion across a range of projects.
Ricardo Smikle – Senior CDM Consultant
Ricardo, based in our Beckenham office, brings over 20 years’ experience across Health, Safety and Environmental consultancy and Principal Designer CDM services and has been promoted to Senior CDM Consultant, where he will take on greater senior responsibility across all projects.
Jonathan Clark – Senior Quantity Surveyor
Jonathan, based in our Beckenham office, brings over 10 years’ experience within the construction industry across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors and has been promoted to Senior Quantity Surveyor, where he will continue to prepare, monitor and manage project costs, providing accurate estimates, valuations and financial reports to ensure projects are delivered on budget and in line with client requirements.
Sam Murphy – Quantity Surveyor
Sam, based in our Beckenham office, brings experience across the residential and commercial sectors and has been promoted to Quantity Surveyor, where he will provide a full day-to-day Quantity Surveying service across a range of refurbishment and new-build projects, both pre and post contract.
Darcy Carroll – Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Darcy, based in our Colchester office, is developing her experience across the residential and commercial sectors and has been promoted to Assistant Quantity Surveyor, where she will provide full day‑to‑day Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services across a range of refurbishment and new‑build projects, both pre and post contract.
Kerry Bissell – Technical Administrator
Kerry, based in our Beckenham office, brings over 20 years’ experience in the finance sector and 10 years’ in education, and has been promoted to Technical Administrator, where she supports the Building Surveying Director, Chris Spiller and the Building Surveying team.
