As Building Surveyors, we provide professional advice on all aspects of property and construction. We are involved in constructing new buildings and their ongoing maintenance. Our Services include:

Our work ranges from the design and construction of large, multi-million pound projects to more modest adaptations, repairs and maintenance. We design, specify, tender and manage works from inception to completion. We work on all types of buildings including buildings of architectural and historic importance and work with Clients from the private and public sectors .

Our projects have included housing, schools, health service, shops, railway premises, offices, industrial buildings, and specialist buildings such as prisons and historic buildings.

We employ a RICS fully accredited conservation surveyor who has nearly 30 years experience of working on grade one and two star listed properties and monuments, many in occupation. He is able to provide specialist advice and guidance to our Clients.

We also employ an experienced access auditor who has extensive experience in interpreting requirements and in providing cost effective solutions. He is currently applying for a membership as a national access consultant.

We are accredited under ISO 9001 for Quality Control, ISO 14001 for Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001 for Health and Safety.
