Bank/Fund Monitoring

Potter Raper Partnership provides both Bank and Fund Monitoring Services to a variety of private sector institutions and for a broad range of funded projects.

The service we provide is divided into two separate strands, as follows:-

Bank Monitoring Surveying

In Bank Monitoring Surveying, we act for a number of institutions providing development finance to Developers. This is predominantly within the private residential sector, but we have also completed commercial projects. The projects have ranged in value from £200,000 through to £10,000,000 construction cost, demonstrating that we have the expertise to deliver on a variety of new-build and refurbishment projects.

Fund Monitoring Surveying

In Fund Monitoring, we act with a number of funds in a variety of sectors which include student accommodation, offices and large distribution centres throughout the UK for projects up to, and sometimes in excess of over £100m construction costs. We also carry out ‘Due Diligence’ exercises on behalf of the Funding Institution as part of the Fund Monitor role.

Within our services, we advise the Fund on the risks associated with the development along with progress and comments on cost. When the project reaches the construction stage, we release funds on a regular basis and update the Client on progress and issues of risk.

Our Fund Monitoring service has been utilised on a number of high profile projects including St George's Park – the Football Association’s Centre of Excellence.

Further experience for both Bank and Fund Monitoring can be found on our sectors page.
