2018 Winner: Creek Road

We are delighted to announce that Creek Road has won the prestigious Architect’s Choice Award at the 2018 Brick Development Association. This project, which was designed by BPTW Partnership for Peabody, was selected from over a 100 shortlisted schemes.

The scheme comprised the complete design, site clearance, demolition and construction of 35 Shared Ownership, 29 Private Sale and 19 General Needs units.

The scope of works also included an extension to the Comedy Club, 1800m² Commercial space, internal and external works to the Lord Hood Pub and improvement works to the existing adopted highways.

Potter Raper were employed by Peabody to act as the Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyors on this well constructed scheme which has provided a great number of quality housing units for the centre of Greenwich.
