Potter Raper Partnership         fits the bill...

Rockinghorse Charity

Potter Raper are continuously sponsoring the Rockinghorse Charity. Rockinghorse is a Brighton-based charity that has been supporting children for over 50 years. It was set up in 1967 by Dr Trevor Mann, who recognised that there was a real need for additional resources to improve healthcare services for sick children and babies.

Potter Raper have attended a number of events to help raise as much money as possible.

We attended ‘The Big Annual Rockinghorse Spring Quiz Night’ on the 29th March 2018. This sold-out event took place at the i360 on Brighton Seafront and was a fantastic night enjoyed by all.

We also attended the ‘Best of British 10th Anniversary Charity Sporting Lunch' on Friday 1st June at the Grand Hotel, Brighton. England’s most capped footballer of all times, Peter Shilton MBE, was the guest speaker. The funds raised on the day were donated towards a brand-new X-ray imaging facility for the Trevor Mann Baby Unit in Brighton.

Over 550 babies a year are admitted onto the unit, and some can require up to 30 X-rays during their stay. This equipment will prove vital in processing X-rays in real time at the cot side.

We are also Co-Sponsors for the Rockinghorse Ball which is taking place on Saturday 13th October at The Grand Hotel in Brighton. It’s really going to be a wonderful evening and we are really look forward to it.

Potter Raper Partnership is committed to their employees, the local community and sustaining the local environment. In our CSR policy we aim to illustrate the areas of business that we target in order to maximise our employee satisfaction, limit the effect we have on the environment and enhance the local environment by providing services and funding for the community. We believe that by taking a greater responsibility for the effect we have on the environment and ensuring that we work in a manner that takes the local community into consideration, we will actively reduce the impact we, our clients and suppliers have on our surroundings.
