    Potter Raper Partnership have been appointed as Project Managers to deliver a new £90 million Elective Care Hospital for Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust (FHFT) at Heatherwood Hospital, Ascot to be administered through the P21+ Framework.

    The new four-storey building, to be sited in rural woodland on the site of the existing hospital, is expected to be completed by 2021. It will provide circa 11,000 sq/m of new and improved facilities to include 48 in-patient beds, six operating theatres, procedure rooms, radiology, oral maxillofacial surgery along with new out-patient department.

    Potter Raper Partnership are pleased to announce our appointment as one of the Employer’s Agents and Principal Designers on Southern Housing Group’s Development Framework. The duration of the framework is 4 years with the possibility to extend for a further year.

    The framework was established to support the delivery of Southern Housing Group’s development programme, comprising both new homes and the regeneration of existing schemes, across a range of tenures including affordable-rent, private-sale, private-rent and shared-ownership.

    Potter Raper Partnership are pleased to announce our successful appointment on the Adur and Worthing Partnering Framework, acting as the Quantity Surveyors and Building Surveyors.

    It is anticipated that the majority of the works will relate to Adur Homes for the delivery of a capital works planned programme. The works are generally expected to be life cycle replacements and improvements.

    We look forward to working with Adur and Worthing and the other Consultants appointed to this 5 year contract framework.

    Potter Raper Partnership have been appointed to provide Employer’s Agent services under Chelmer Housing Partnership’s Framework. The framework has an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend a further 2 years.

    The framework aims to provide around 250 homes each year. The majority of units are likely to be delivered on S106 developer-led sites but Employer's Agent services will also be required in respect of the progression and delivery of CHP-led design and build schemes.


    Potter Raper Partnership have been appointed as Monitoring Surveyors for the refinance of the Xerox Campus redevelopment in Welwyn Garden City for Pluto Finance (the funder) and Chase New Homes (the developer).

    We were previously appointed as Monitoring Surveyors prior to the refinancing and the introduction of additional units, which has increased the total to 448 units with an anticipated build cost of £41 million.

    The development comprises the permitted development of the existing Xerox Campus buildings and 4 new-build apartment blocks. A further 2 apartment blocks are planned for development on the site at a later date.

    Works are progressing well on-site, with the scheme scheduled to complete in October 2021.
