Potter Raper Partnership         fits the bill...

St Paul's Way Trust School

As part of the on-going expansion of St Paul's Way Trust School, which is due to complete in 2019, the design and construction of a new West Wing for the school was completed on-time, ready for the start of the new school term this September. The East Wing was handed over last August ready for the new school term and the North and South wings will be delivered next summer along with the external and internal play equipment including a shared sports pitch.

The school sent their thanks to the parties involved; London Borough of Tower Hamlets, Telfords, Poplar HARCA and Potter Raper Partnership. We have been told that the children love their new classrooms and larger playground, and the parents were very positive during the parent tours.

The existing residential blocks have been demolished and are being replaced with a modern 7-storey apartment block also containing school facilities at ground level due for delivery next summer.

The Mosque was delivered this March and is in occupation. The scheme also delivers ancillary services, parking and access roads.

We are pleased to have been appointed on this scheme, acting as Employer's Agent and Cost Consultant, and look forward to seeing the school develop over the coming years.

Potter Raper Partnership is committed to their employees, the local community and sustaining the local environment. In our CSR policy we aim to illustrate the areas of business that we target in order to maximise our employee satisfaction, limit the effect we have on the environment and enhance the local environment by providing services and funding for the community. We believe that by taking a greater responsibility for the effect we have on the environment and ensuring that we work in a manner that takes the local community into consideration, we will actively reduce the impact we, our clients and suppliers have on our surroundings.
