Blackfriars Road

336 New homes are being built around two new public squares, on Blackfriars Road in Southwark.

This new development, known as Blackfriars Circus, will become a bustling tree-lined boulevard, with an array of new shops, cafés and leisure facilities. There will also be 56 units within Block A dedicated to social rent. The building is set to achieve BREEAM 'Very Good'.

There are roof-top gardens, offering residents spectacular views across the London skyline.

The area will also be regenerated to make it more amenable for pedestrians. Pavements will be widened, trees planted and a new cycle highway built to take cyclists from Elephant & Castle to King's Cross safer and speedier than before.

This scheme is up for 'Best Brickwork Award in Europe' and one of the bricklayers has already won a national award for this scheme.

Blackfriars Circus is the perfect Zone 1 location, well connected for easy access around central London. Nearby Underground and Rail stations include Elephant & Castle, Lambeth North, Southwark and Waterloo.

The famous Southbank is a short walk away with festivals, cinemas and pop-up markets to enjoy. Equally accessible across the river is London’s bustling West End, home to countless shops, restaurants, and some of the world’s most famous theatres.
