Potter Raper Partnership         fits the bill...

University College London

In 2016, Potter Raper Partnership were commissioned to design and manage the refurbishment of a number of toilets across University College London’s estate. This involved 30 toilets across 9 buildings including 25 Gordon Street, DMS Watson, Drayton House, Institute of Education, Institute of Ophthalmology, Monomark House, Medical Sciences, Physics building and the School of Pharmacy.

Because of the requirement to keep toilet accommodation in use, it was important to programme the works so that facilities were always available.

The University is always busy and therefore it was important to communicate with the large number of stakeholders involved in the individual buildings. Potter Raper Partnership are now in the final stages of this element of the refurbishment contract. We hope to provide further information on the finished projects in our next newsletter.

Potter Raper Partnership is committed to their employees, the local community and sustaining the local environment. In our CSR policy we aim to illustrate the areas of business that we target in order to maximise our employee satisfaction, limit the effect we have on the environment and enhance the local environment by providing services and funding for the community. We believe that by taking a greater responsibility for the effect we have on the environment and ensuring that we work in a manner that takes the local community into consideration, we will actively reduce the impact we, our clients and suppliers have on our surroundings.
