We have been working with Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Private Sector Clients for over 45 years. Our projects range from single unit infill sites to major inner city regeneration projects with values in excess of £500 million, we also work with multiple Local Authorities on their Decent Homes and Cyclical Maintenance programmes.

Over the past 5 years we have successfully delivered over 6000 new homes and associated accommodation. These schemes have included mixed tenure, providing private sale, shared ownership, affordable rent and private rent accommodation.

Our experience extends to the private sector where we have carried out a range of projects from new build flats to high specification one-off houses.

The Reach
