Office

We undertake both new-build and refurbishment projects in this sector. We work for Funds and Developers, and end user Clients. We have experience of high-grade City and West End schemes and also out-of-town schemes where economic solutions are required.

We are used to carrying out projects in occupied buildings where complicated phasing and noise restrictions have to be observed.

We have experience of sensitive refurbishments to period buildings and we are currently working for some of the London developers on their West End estates, which involves complex refurbishment of their Grade Listed buildings.

We are currently working for Aviva, Legal & General, RREEF, Warner Estates, The Property Merchant Group, LSI Management and Wyncon to name but a few of our prestigious Clients.
