Office

We undertake both new-build and refurbishment projects in this sector. We work for Funds and Developers, and end user Clients. We have experience of high-grade City and West End schemes and also out-of-town schemes where economic solutions are required.

We are used to carrying out projects in occupied buildings where complicated phasing and noise restrictions have to be observed.

We have experience of sensitive refurbishments to period buildings and we are currently working for some of the London developers on their West End estates, which involves complex refurbishment of their Grade Listed buildings.

We are currently working for Aviva, Legal & General, RREEF, Warner Estates, The Property Merchant Group, LSI Management and Wyncon to name but a few of our prestigious Clients.

Comprehensive reconstruction of five separate buildings at 34 - 36 Bruton Street and 11 - 13 Bruton Place, retaining only the front façade of 34 Bruton Street.
Wardour Street

The refurbishment of Wardour Street comprises of external cleaning of the façade, replacement of all windows and 2 nr lifts, reconfiguration of reception and WC space and the refurbishment of office space at levels 1-5, including all associated mechanical and electrical installations.
Agar Street

The refurbishment of existing offices which are Grade II listed because of existing terracotta façades. As well as the refurbishment of the existing space, the scheme also includes the addition of a new 5th floor.
Inspire Warehouse
INSPIRE WAREHOUSE
Works consisted of a new build warehouse, conversion of dwelling to offices, commercial-scale kitchen refurbishment, façade renewal and car park refurbishment.

High standard residential flats including lowering the floor level and waterproofing the entire basement plus the strip out, alterations and extensive refurbishment to a Grade A standard building.

The project involves refurbishing the 5th floor at St James's Square into an executive office.
