We currently have a five year framework with the British Museum to work on their gallery refurbishment and other projects.

The project entails the demolition of a Grade II listed building in poor structural condition and the construction of a new 6 storey townhouse hotel for the Zetter Group.
Oriental Club, Cottage Redevelopment

The project comprises the construction of a five-storey steel-framed extension within an enclosed light well of a Grade I listed building in Central London.

Redevelopment and extension of a large Victorian house in a Conservation Area of Braintree requiring sensitive negotiations with Planners and design adjustments.

Replacement of existing 4000m² flat roof to allow for the retrofitting of 'Green Roofs' which are also referred to as 'living roofs'.
St Georges Park, Hilton/Hampton Hotel

St Georges Park is the home of the National Football Centre, which along with the Hotel comprises 12 full size pitches including one synthetic indoor pitch.

Enfield Town Library
ENFIELD TOWN LIBRARY
The demolition of existing 1960's single-storey extension and the partial demolition of existing two-storey infill to the original L-shaped Carnegie Building, comprising ground and first floor slab, north elevation, flat roof and reinforced concrete columns.
Rockerfeller Library
ROCKERFELLER LIBRARY
The scheme as designed by Wilson Mason and Partners involves the creation of a new, updated and revitalised multifunctional space and facilities in the library on the 1st floor at 23 Queen Square House.
Crosby Row

This new Community Church and 22 flats were built on the site of a dilapidated brick church building. 17 of the flats were very high specification private sale units, 5 of which were penthouses with a 'glass box' living area design.
Atherton Leisure Centre

New-build development consisting of demolishing the existing Leisure Centre and replacing with a modern and accessible Leisure Centre.

Demolition of existing car showroom and construction of new cultural and community centre. This complex project, which includes extensive car parking, borders a busy railway line.
Relocation of Grant Museum
RELOCATION OF GRANT MUSEUM
The project comprises relocating University College London's Grant Museum of Zoology's 68,000 specimens to the ground floor of the Rockefeller Building.
