  • AMBULATORY CARE
    This Project involved Equal Access Improvements comprising of a formation of accessible WC and Staff Rest room and Ambulant Disabled Improvements to Entrance WC.
    OXLEAS NHS, ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS
    The works involved fitting out the vacant space within an occupied hospital to create an outpatient facility which provides consultation, treatment, intervention and prevention of illness and injury.
    LEONARD WOLFSON EXPERIMENTAL NEUROLOGY CENTRE
    Alterations and refurbishment of part of the ground floor of a Grade II Listed Hospital to create a world class facility for bringing together multi-disciplinary teams of researchers, clinicians and scientists in the field of neuro-degeneration.
    IMAGING DEPARTMENT
    The works were carried out within a busy imaging department to ensure compliance with mixed sex legislation.
    ARMY RECOVERY CENTRE, COLCHESTER
    The Army Recovery Centre has 29 bedrooms and can cater for up to 31 day visitors and associated staff.
    HEATH WARD REFURBISHMENT
    The project comprises alteration, adaptation and refurbishment works to the existing 16-bed low secure ward to provide more therapeutic space, a safer and more comfortable environment and an increase in robustness in some building elements.
    BRACTON CAMPUS SECURITY
    This project consists of a medium secure unit involving the erection of a 5.2m high security fence to the perimeter of the campus and the provision of a new two storey reception building.
    WILLIAM COTTON PLACE
    A scheme which involved improving upon a previous planning application to develop 3000m² of healthcare facility on the ground, 1st and 2nd floors with 34 residential units comprising of two towers above.
    DOWLING DAY
    Creation of new UV treatment rooms, shower and bathrooms together with general refurbishment of the dermatology department as part of the Trust's single sex accommodation and Environmental Improvement Programme.
    MIXED SEX COMPLIANCE WORKS
    Works carried out within a hospital to ensure compliance with mixed sex legislation creating circa 200 En-suite Wet Rooms, WCs, New Bathrooms, Shower Rooms in 15 wards over 5 floors.
