We have extensive experience of working on museums, cathedrals, churches, scheduled monuments and listed buildings (Grade I, II, and II*). Our conservation and heritage work is headed by Ross Sinclair who is a fully Accredited RICS Conservation Surveyor.

CUPOLA HOUSE
Rebuild of Grade I Listed fire-damaged restaurant. The timber framed structure covers four floors and includes Cupola to the roof.
GALLERY 41 THE BRITISH MUSEUM
The conservation and restoration of Room 41, complete with display cabinets and condition spaces.
ST MARY'S CHURCH, BUNGAY
The present site for Church of St Mary in Bungay dates back to the 11th Century, with the main building dating from the 14th - l5th century. Although the church itself is redundant, it is maintained by the Churches Conservation Trust.
RAPHAEL PARK
The project involves the refurbishment of the existing lodge and the construction of a new café extension and kiosk incorporating public toilets.
FULHAM PALACE
Conservation and restoration of this Grade I listed Palace that dates back to 1075 to provide stately rooms for functions and is now considered to be an outstanding venue for weddings.
Agar Street
AGAR STREET
The refurbishment of existing offices which are Grade II listed because of existing terracotta façades. As well as the refurbishment of the existing space, the scheme also includes the addition of a new 5th floor.
Oriental Club, Cottage Redevelopment
ORIENTAL CLUB, COTTAGE REDEVELOPMENT
The project comprises the construction of a five-storey steel-framed extension within an enclosed light well of a Grade I listed building in Central London.
Wilkins Building - Octagon Exhibition and Oculus Opening
WILKINS BUILDING - OCTAGON EXHIBITION AND OCULUS OPENING
Works to the Grade I listed Wilkins Building to form a new exhibition gallery within the Octagon on the ground floor of the Wilkins Building which also provided a new focal point for the whole building.
22 Hill Street
22 HILL STREET
Strip out, alterations and extensively refurbish the property to a Grade A standard to provide open-plan flexible office space.
Museum of London
MUSEUM OF LONDON
Replacement of existing 4000m² flat roof to allow for the retrofitting of 'Green Roofs' which are also referred to as 'living roofs.' Working with the Museum of London, we facilitated a 3D laser scan of the building to capture the entire building.
Leonard Wolfson Experimental Neurology Centre
LEONARD WOLFSON EXPERIMENTAL NEUROLOGY CENTRE
Alterations and refurbishment of part of the ground floor of a Grade II Listed Hospital to create a world class facility for bringing together multi-discipline teams of researchers, clinicians and scientists in the field of neuro-degeneration.
